Ilona Demler

I am a second-year PhD student in Computing and Mathematical Sciences (CMS) at Caltech, co-advised by Georgia Gkioxari and Pietro Perona. Previously, I graduated from Harvard with a bachelor’s degree in physics, where I was fortunate to work with Michael Brenner.
I’m interested in computer vision problems involving dynamic 3D scene representations and camera pose estimation.
My graduate research is funded by the NSF Graduate Research Fellowship and the Caltech EAS Chair Scholarship.
